RECREATION AND PARKS PROFESSION CAREER MAP TRAININGS

To help members explore and apply this new resource, FRPA will host five Career Map training sessions. These sessions will provide an overview of the map and share practical ways it can be used for career planning, professional development, and staff growth within agencies.

Participants will learn how to navigate the map, understand the progression of responsibilities across the field, and identify ways to use the tool to support their own career journey or the development of their teams.
