pods logoThe FRPA Young Professionals Workgroup has identified mentorship as something they would like to prioritize . Creating and cultivating relationships with those further along in their careers help young professionals grow. FRPA PODS are intended to be a way to link these two groups for the outcome of connection, mentorship, fellowship, and guidance. Each POD will be a small group, no more than six people, and will consist of one or two mentors and the rest of the group will be made up of young professionals.

For more information or to apply to be a mentor or participant, please download the appropriate form linked below. The goal is to link similar interests and time availabilities together. We hope to have two mentors per group to allow for ease on schedules.

We truly hope you will consider applying to be a part of this program.
