Thank you to those that were able to join us for the 2024 Annual FRPA Conference! We hope that as you settle back into your routines that you will reflect on what you learned and reach out to someone you met! Final registrant count came in at 970 park and recreation professionals. What a great showing for the profession! Additionally, there were 163 companies in the Exhibit Hall that occupied 218 booths and hosted 478 employees! Our volunteers this year made it all happen. There were over 350 fantastic volunteers who helped at registration, signed in speakers, spoke, helped with socials, and so much more. Thank you so much to all our volunteers for all your help!
Service Project
Your support for the Special Olympics Florida resulted in over 12,000 points. We set out with a goal of 10,000 points and your crushed it! These points are a cumulation of equipment donations through the Amazon gift list, cash donations, volunteer hours, and partnerships. This does not have to end now that Conference is over! The relationship between FRPA members and Special Olympics Florida continues on with your commitment to supporting the activities of SOFL in your communities. Keep sharing what you're doing. You're making a difference in the lives of these athletes!
