Make reservations by July 30, 2026 to ensure the negotiated rate. Please note that FRPA does not use an outside vendor for hotel reservations. All reservations should go through FRPA's direct to hotel unique link below.

Onsite parking is available. Overnight parking is complimentary for guests staying at the hotel. There will be a 50% discount on the normal overnight parking fee (regularly $36) for those driving in for the day.

Parking Instructions
Overnight Guests –Select “Overnight Hotel Guest” and the gate will open. Upon Check-in at the hotel counter, the Front Desk Agent will ask you if you have a car and will link your license plate to you room. You will use your room key to exit.
Daily Drive-Ins Guests will select “Daily Visitor/ Event Guest” at the gate. This will pull up a list of events. Select “Florida Recreation and Park Association”. You will then be prompted to pay the discounted parking fee of $18.00 + tax (50% off the current $36.00 + tax rate) at the kiosk. This will be tied to your license plate number to allow you unlimited in and out access for the remainder of the day.
